2012 DOCUMENTARY – “Recognition at last” 40′

“Recognition at last” is a documentary about Introdans founder Ton Wiggers. In the past 40 years Introdans became an international top ballet company based in Arnhem, the Netherlands. With Introdans Wiggers has achieved that modern ballet became more accessible to a wide audience. Despite of all his success, the 64-year-old founder who still leads the company has also been strongly criticized. Wiggers frequently looks back with mixed feelings on his success. This documentary uncovers his struggle for recognition. An intimate portrait that reveals the world behind the glamour of ballet.

2009 DOCUMENTARY – Roos Rebergen – I’m not sure 38′

De korte (38′) documentaire Roos Rebergen – “Weet ik niet zo goed…” ging op 2 Januari 2009 in première op de regio-omroep TV Gelderland.

Later het jaar werd de film op 6 verschillende filmfestivals vertoond en won 4 keer. Op het Nederlands Film Festival won de film De Filmprijs van de Stad Utrecht. In de documentaire zien we hoe Roos Rebergen, zangeres van de band Roosbeef, noodgedwongen haar ouderlijk huis moet verlaten en daarmee afscheid neemt van haar jeugd. Muziekfragmenten zijn visueel vertaald met animatie van Floor Adams en Robert-Jan Dokter.
